As a Paraplanner at L2 Financial, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized concierge services to our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass advisor / client relationship support, resolution of client issues, coordination of projects, and the implementation of clients' financial plans, all while upholding the high-quality standards to which our clients are accustomed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the advisors in managing client relationships.
  • Prepare detailed financial plans, including client-ready reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Conduct product and fund research across asset classes, including equities, fixed income, alternatives, and insurance solutions.
  • Provide dedicated support for clients regarding their existing accounts.

Core Competencies

  • Professional services experience, with knowledge of financial planning, investments (brokerage, direct business, and annuities) and life insurance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Effective listening skills with ability to quickly process information.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships and work effectively with clients, L2F team members, and other stakeholders like the broker dealer, insurance carriers and vendors.
  • Continually seek to expand and enhance personal knowledge.

    • Experience, Education & Licenses

  • Financial Services : 3 years (Preferred)
  • Insurance License (Required)
  • Series 7 (Required)
  • Series 63 (Required)
  • Progress toward, or completion of a recognized financial planning designation (e.g., CFP®, ChFC®, CFA®)
