This role is ideal for independent adjusters looking for steady assignments and the flexibility of field-based work.

What You'll Do:

• Perform on-site inspections of residential property damage from wind, water, fire, and other covered losses

• Document damages with detailed photos, measurements, and clear written reports

• Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners

• Manage claim files from inspection through submission while meeting reporting timelines

What You'll Need:

• Licensing: Ability to obtain an Oregon adjuster license

• Software: Experience with Xactimate or Symbility preferred

• Equipment: Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field tools

• Work Style: Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently

• Responsiveness: Ability to accept and complete assignments promptly
