We are seeking an experienced Public Accounting Tax Manager to oversee complex tax engagements and provide strategic guidance to clients across various industries. In this leadership role, you'll supervise junior staff, drive client-focused tax planning initiatives, and manage high-level compliance reviews. This position is ideal for a CPA professional looking to grow within a collaborative and technically advanced public accounting environment.

Work Arrangement & Compensation :

• Schedule : Hybrid model - 3 days in-office per week, with Wednesdays required
• Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent
• Compensation : $150,000+ base salary plus 10% performance-based bonus
