The Senior Analyst Financial Reporting is responsible for maintaining the books and records as well as ensuring transactions are properly reflected in the consolidated financial statements. This position performs many of the tasks involved in the monthly close process and preparation of consolidated financial statements and internal reporting packages (BS / IS / CFS) as well as other activities such as :
In addition, this role is responsible for supporting innovation and continuous improvement opportunities such as, improving efficiencies, elevating the division's ability to provide insight to our business partners and gain transparency into trends in financial data. This role will specifically include involvement in various initiatives such as :
Job overview and responsibilities
Execute day-to-day financial reporting operations independently with minimal guidance, leading month-end close processes and quarterly / annual reporting to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Assess and enhance current accounting processes to identify areas for process improvements focusing on simplification, standardization, end-to-end optimization through cross-functional collaboration and automation
Track efforts against transformation initiative milestones, maintain timelines and assist in the preparation of reports for senior management on progress updates

The base pay range for this role is $79,800.00 to $103,966.00. The base salary range / hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and / or long-term incentive compensation awards.
