[job_card.job_description]Routinely patrol the entire school campus—by vehicle and on foot—including hallways and outdoor areas to maintain a visible security presence and deter potential threats. Apply effective communication and conflict-resolution skills to calmly defuse tense or volatile situations, prioritizing the safety and well-being of everyone involved. Stay alert and attentive at all times, quickly recognizing unusual behavior, safety concerns, or potential risks within the campus environment. Prioritize the protection and well-being of students, staff, parents, and visitors, helping to sustain a secure and welcoming school atmosphere. React quickly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies, following established protocols to manage situations effectively and minimize risk. Respond immediately to campus alarm activations, assess the situation, and take appropriate action in accordance with established safety and security procedures. Accurately document and report all incidents, disturbances, or safety concerns to the proper authorities or school administration to ensure clear communication and proper follow-up. Communicate effectively with clients, the public, and supervisors. Follow all site-specific SOPs, company policies, local laws and regulations, maintaining strict confidentiality regarding site-related activities. Use technology efficiently (smartphones, reporting tools, scheduling software). Represent Precision Security Team with professionalism, integrity, and accountability always. Demonstrated proficiency in the safe handling and operation of firearms Committed to community safety and providing respectful, reliable support Calm, confident, and professional under pressure, with strong de-escalation and conflict management skills Maintains excellent situational awareness and sound judgment in dynamic environments Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong time management, and consistent dependability Comfortable working independently and with a team Maintains a clean, professional appearance Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing Proficient with smartphones, scheduling systems, and basic reporting software Physically capable of performing work-related tasks and standing or walking for extended periods Integrity : In all we do, at every level Commitment : To our team, our clients, and our community Development : Personally, professionally, and collectively Apply online with full, well-written responses (no "see resume") Phone screening if your qualifications are aligned. In-person interview using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) Conditional offer and background check Onboarding & required training 21 years of age or older Previous armed security experience required Military or law enforcement background strongly encouraged High school diploma or GED Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screening CPR certified (or willing to complete provided training) Reliable personal transportation (public transit / rideshare not permitted for firearm transport) Able to train and become certified to use an approved firearm Able to safely use, maintain, operate, and manipulate a firearm, handcuffs, and other issued gear Able to wear a duty belt and exterior tactical vest (position-specific) for the duration of assigned shifts Able to stand or walk for up to eight hours at a time Able to get in and out of a vehicle frequently throughout the shift (position-specific) Able to pass the company’s basic hand-to-hand defensive skills course Strong communication and situational awareness
