An alarm technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fire and security alarm systems in homes and businesses.

Job Requirements-
To be able to install and service commercial alarm systemsinstall alarm devices and accessoriesprogram alarm systemstrain customers on alarm systemsTesting systems to ensure proper functionalityDiagnosing and repairing malfunctions or connection issuesWriting service reports and documenting work performedEnsuring compliance with relevant codes and regulationsKnowledge / Skills / Abilities :
Must have a strong background in Electronic Security Integration with 2+ years industry experience.Strong customer service orientation requiredA valid state driver’s license, without restrictions, is required for this positionAbility to work independently on customer siteAbility to interact in a professional manner with the customer along with the ability to identify and satisfy customer needsAbility to meet deadlines and have strong time management and organizational skillsStrong emphasis on PC software / hardware including databases, operating systems and networking preferred.Able to lift 25lbsPreferred Certifications (not required) :
