Position Overview:
This is a hybrid role. We are seeking a Container Export Documentation Specialist / hands-on Warehouse Manager who can lead operations, manage staff, and interact directly with customers. This is not a basic warehouse role—we need someone smart, organized, and computer-savvy who can handle both physical and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including vehicle receiving and container loading.
• Operate and supervise forklift activities.
• Manage and train warehouse staff for efficiency and safety.
• Communicate with customers about pricing, rates, and service details.
• Perform mid-level computer tasks: data entry, inventory tracking, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and company standards.

Requirements:

• Full-time, on-site only (no remote or hybrid exceptions).
• Proven experience in warehouse management or freight forwarding/NVOCC industry preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency (beyond basic typing—Excel, inventory systems, documentation).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hands-on environment and operate forklifts.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
