Job Details
- 2 Clinic Locations : Torrance and Koreatown
- Full Time Permanent Position
- Negotiable Pay with Benefits
- Side by side with Dr / Owner, manage all clinic employees to ensure all processes, procedures, and expectations are being adhered to with the objective of providing high quality patient care.
- Mentor and guide staff members to help them achieve their highest levels of potential
- Ensure compliance of state requirements and licensure updates
- Ensure proper medical records management and HIPPA compliance
- Review medical billing and reports
- Oversee efficient utilization of medication, laboratory, inventory, supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with vendor services
- Manage company payroll, AR and AP
