Your Role as a Speech Therapist

As a Speech Therapist, your journey will include :

  • Evaluating, assessing, developing, and implementing personalized treatment plans for patients needing speech and language rehabilitation.
  • Identifying and addressing issues and adjusting therapy treatments as necessary.
  • Documenting and tracking patient performance, progress, and responses to treatment.
  • Celebrating patient victories throughout their journey.

    • Qualifications

  • Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
  • Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with relevant field experience.
