Mortgage Loan Processor

A company is looking for a job title, Processor.

Key Responsibilities

Process conventional, FHA, VA, and / or USDA loans in accordance with guidelines

Maintain communication with borrowers and relevant parties throughout the loan process

Prepare loans for closing by collecting required documentation and notifying the Closing Department

Required Qualifications

1+ years experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in loan processing

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS)

Ability to work with clients and assist loan originators

For remote work, minimum internet speeds of 20 mbps download and 3 mbps upload are required
