As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of college clients, helping them elevate their brand through custom merchandise and marketing programs. This role requires strategic thinking, relationship building, and the ability to juggle multiple projects while driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with college program contacts and decision makers.
Develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and account success.
Meet regularly with partners to review account performance, new opportunities, and upcoming initiatives.
Coordinate product offerings, online store updates, and promotional events to ensure alignment with brand goals.
Manage custom orders from quote to delivery, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Work with internal teams to launch and maintain online stores, marketing campaigns, and product assortments.
Analyze sales data, identify trends, and create actionable plans to improve account results.
Stay informed about new merchandise, programs, and technologies to keep accounts competitive and innovative.
