In addition to tax deposits and filing, you will serve as ADP's front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, and more. Depending on your specific team or role, you will be providing support using phone, email, or chat-based communication. Don't worry if you have no prior tax experience; we'll train you to set you up for success!
