Entry-Level Financial Advisor – Foster Klima

The Foster Klima agency is in MN, ND, and SD.  We can only hire Advisors who reside in MN, ND, West Wisconsin, North Iowa, and SD.  As an Advisor for Foster Klima, there are no Sales Territories. Our Advisors can do business with any client who resides in the USA.

No territory restrictions — serve clients nationwide!!

Compensation :   Great Potential, High Earning potential with 4-year enhanced commissions to help start your business, Draw, Training Allowance, and Bonuses. The 2024 Financial Professionals top 100 average income, with draw, incentives, commissions, and renewals, exceeds a seven-figure income

Compensation :  First-year average $80,000 – $105,000 with high earning potential

Training & Licensing Support

We cover the cost of your licensing and provide full support as you earn :

• Life & Health Insurance License (within 90 days of hire)
• Securities Licenses (6 / 63, 7 and 65 / 66. 7 & 65 / 66 preferred )
• All educational materials are provided through Kaplan, a leading provider of licensing prep.
