Lead project phases from concept through construction, coordinating across disciplines and with external stakeholders. Mentor EITs / junior engineers and delegate technical work. Conduct inspections and field visits. Stay current on codes, standards, and best practices for Arctic and rural conditions. Strong verbal and written communication; collaborative problem-solver. Excellent organization and attention to detail; effective time and budget management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit required. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (minimum). Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required (ability to obtain Alaska licensure within 6 months preferred). 4+ years of experience in one or more of : Lighting and facility controls Telecommunications (RCDD certification preferred) Power generation / distribution Pumping systems & industrial controls Water / wastewater, lighting, telecom, and controls UFC / UFGS standards, Arctic design, and hazardous locations Experience with SCADA systems preferred. Willingness to travel occasionally for field work. Ability to access and navigate job sites and construction areas.
