A company is looking for an Associate Member Support Specialist (Bilingual-Spanish Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
Assist current and prospective members by providing expert support on program offerings, eligibility, enrollment, and billing
Interact with members in a professional manner, delivering timely and efficient solutions across various communication channels
Ensure clear and empathetic communication with members to strengthen their relationship with the organization
Required Qualifications
Fluency in written and oral communication in Spanish and English
At least one year of experience in a call center or customer-facing role
Minimum of 6 months of experience with technical support
Ability to manage multiple processes and workflows simultaneously
Flexibility to work variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
