Working as an EMT at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center you will:
- Aid in transporting patients to/from the medical center
- Independently assess department/patient needs and respond within the EMT scope of practice
- Assure crew, family, and patients adhere to safety requirements while in a moving vehicle
- Report changes in patient’s condition to nursing staff
- Comply with HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications
Qualifications
·High School Diploma or Equivalent
·Current Ohio EMT-Basic or equivalent certification at time of hire
·Obtain Kentucky EMT-Basic and National Registered EMT certificates within 6 months of hire
·1 year of Emergency Vehicle operation experience
·Current driver's license & good driving record must be maintained; points not to exceed 5
·Current CPR Certification
