Technical Analyst

CTG is seeking a Technical Analyst to join our client in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional experienced in SQL, Python / R / Java, and dashboarding tools like Power BI or Tableau. You will analyze complex datasets, create actionable insights, and automate reporting processes while working with ServiceNow and ITSM frameworks.

Duration : 12 months

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for recurring distribution.
• Analyze large datasets and identify trends to support business decisions.
• Clean, process, and transform data using SQL, NLP, Regex, and programming tools.
• Automate manual reporting tasks and enhance data workflows.
• Support ServiceNow modules and ITSM / ITIL processes.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
