Marketers on Demand is currently seeking a highly motivated Digital Practice Lead to join our client’s team! This leadership role will drive the growth of the region’s digital business, delivering advanced solutions across industries.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the digital practice development in North America; shaping strategy for products and services
  • Collaborate with business development to drive new opportunities and communicate digital value
  • Provide technical expertise and strategic oversight to ensure successful digital project delivery
  • Guide teams in implementing solutions that enhance client operations through digital transformation
  • Build client relationships, mentor teams, and stay ahead of industry trends to maintain leadership in digital innovation

Key Qualifications :

  • Over 15 years of experience in management consulting or digital transformation, ideally in energy, mining, metals, or infrastructure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proven success in senior roles, implementing and overseeing large-scale digital projects
  • Strong knowledge of digital design, including people, processes, technology, and facilities
  • Deep expertise in digital solutions (systems integration, automation, digital twins, IT / OT integration, and decision-making tools)
  • Ability to travel regionally as required to support clients and projects
