About the Role :

We are looking for a Licensed Midwife to join our growing maternity care practice. We're searching for someone who is thoughtful and passionate about delivering patient-centric, judgment-free care, and is excited to join a dynamic and innovative team.

This is the perfect opportunity for a CNM / CM that is excited to expand their skill set and help define and build a new best-in-class maternity care experience. You will be responsible for delivering full-spectrum perinatal care, as well as helping to shape and refine Oula's clinical care model.

Full Time Expectations

This is a full-time position with a flex schedule including rotating on-call shifts (with protected post-call day off), approximately two office days per week, plus designated administrative & didactic time.

Exact compensation inclusive of salary and any bonuses is determined based on a number of factors including experience and skill level, location, and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Salary Range

$130,000-$175,000 USD
