Technical Program Manager -Enterprise Systems

Required Skills :

• Strong experience managing complex technical programs in an IT organization.
• Background delivering projects in at least two of the following areas :
• Enterprise systems (ERP, HR, CRM, finance, supply chain, etc.).
• Infrastructure (network, data center, servers, storage, cloud).
• IT operations (service management, automation, monitoring, support)
• Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience managing vendors, partners, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities.
• Experience with setting up and managing projects in Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, ITIL, and hybrid models
• Ability to create and maintain effective project documents, dashboards, and reports.
