Shift / Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (core business hours)

Job Summary :

The Loan Operation Representative provides administrative and data management support within a leading North American bank’s loan servicing division . This position focuses on managing loan documentation, performing data entry, and maintaining accuracy in financial records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of learning new systems quickly in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform administrative and data entry tasks to support loan servicing operations.

Review and process loan documentation accurately.

Maintain organized digital and paper records for compliance and reporting.

Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking and updating loan information.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and process compliance.

Learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and procedures quickly.

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all data handling activities.

Required Experience :

0–2 years of administrative or operations support experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems.

Demonstrated data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong organizational and communication skills .

Nice-to-Have Experience :

Knowledge of loan documentation and related compliance processes.

Background in banking or financial services .

Experience with LoanServe , Encompass , or similar systems.

Basic tax knowledge helpful.
