[job_card.job_description]Job Type : Full-time Compensation : $18.00 / hour base + uncapped commission Average Earnings : $43,000–$60,000 annually (many team members exceed this!) What You’ll Do
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a warm, welcoming environment
- Monitor and track your personal performance metrics to exceed sales and productivity goals
- Commit to ongoing training in product knowledge, customer service, and store operations
- Support daily store operations, including inventory and system management
- Personally wear and advocate for our arch supports to become a brand ambassador
