The Good Feet Store is expanding, and we’re looking for exceptional individuals to grow with us!

We are currently seeking an empathetic, positive, and goal-driven Arch Support Specialist who is passionate about improving lives through a meaningful, long-term career in retail sales. If you're a fast learner with a “can-do” attitude and a desire to make a real difference every day, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a warm, welcoming environment
  • Monitor and track your personal performance metrics to exceed sales and productivity goals
  • Commit to ongoing training in product knowledge, customer service, and store operations
  • Support daily store operations, including inventory and system management
  • Personally wear and advocate for our arch supports to become a brand ambassador

Position Details

  • Job Type : Full-time
  • Compensation : $18.00 / hour base + uncapped commission
  • Average Earnings : $43,000–$60,000 annually (many team members exceed this!)

    • Store Hours

  • Monday–Saturday : 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
  • Sunday : 11 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience (commission-based sales preferred)
  • Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday required)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and highly organized
  • Friendly, empathetic, and approachable demeanor
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel throughout the day
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and climb ladders as needed

    • Requirements : Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail experience ( commission-based sales experience highly preferred )
  • Bilingual (Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Warm, approachable, and empathetic interpersonal style
  • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to creating exceptional experiences
  • Highly self-motivated and competitive with a drive to succeed
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to solve problems and adapt to change under pressure
  • Quick learner with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Availability to work weekends ( Friday, Saturday, and Sunday )
  • Physically able to stand, walk, and kneel throughout the day to measure and fit customers
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and climb ladders as needed
  • Confident in demonstrating and selling Good Feet products and accessories
  • Willingness to fully engage in company-provided training covering product knowledge, store operations, and sales performance goals
