Job Title : Project Manager (AI & Technology Programs)

Location : Fully Remote

Duration : Long-Term Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale AI and technology initiatives from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile execution, handling senior stakeholder expectations, and ensuring business outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end AI and IT project delivery from planning to execution
  • Define scope, milestones, timelines, and measurable outcomes
  • Coordinate across Data Science, Data Engineering, and application teams
  • Drive Agile delivery using Scrum / Kanban frameworks
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests
  • Communicate project progress to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality outcomes
  • Proactively remove blockers and escalate issues when required

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong Project / Program Management experience in AI or technology initiatives
  • Experience working with Data Scientists, Engineers, and product teams
  • Hands-on Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong risk management and change control experience
