Job description :

Required Level of Education : High school graduate

• Preferred Level of Education : Bachelor's degree (not required)
• How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate? : 5+
• Specific Systems Knowledge Required : Microsoft Office, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, Microsoft Teams
• Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred : Wrike
• Any Required Certifications? : None
• Expected Shift : 8 am - 5 pm PT
• Interview Process : 1-2 Teams interviews to include completion of a live case study
• Top Three things Worker will be doing : CRM software UAT (user acceptance testing), results / defect reporting, system release status reporting
• Top Three Skillsets needed : UI (User Interface) testing knowledge, analytical, detail oriented to identify even minor defects
