COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Base Salary : $240K + bonus
  • Bonus : $10K-15K annually
  • Sign-On Bonus : $10K negotiable
  • Relocation : $5K-$10K negotiable depending on needs
  • Vacation : 22.5 days - vacation, sick leave, CME + 8-10 holidays
  • CME : $2,500
  • Full Benefits Package : Available starting on first day
  • Retirement : Begins on first day (3% match, contributions fully vested from day 1)
  • Malpractice : Paid by employer
  • Residency Stipend : Available
  • Extra Perks : Coverage for licensing dues, renewal fees, and staff dues; paid cellphone; company-provided computer.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS

  • Patients per Day : 25-30
  • Clinic Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
  • Schedule : 4.5-day work week with 0.5 day for administrative duties
  • On-Call Duties : 5 days of call per month (T / TH) during on-call week. Hospital is 10 minutes from clinic.
  • No attendance for deliveries required.
  • Credentialing timeframe : 60-90 days.
  • Licensing assistance available.

    • QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Board Certified (B / C) or Board Eligible (B / E)
  • Must perform circumcisions or be willing to learn.

  • Located 1.5 hours from Springfield, MO; Tulsa, OK; and Fayetteville, AR, and roughly 2 hours from Kansas City, MO.
