Schedule :

Shifts : 7 : 00 a.m. 7 : 00 p.m. | 7 : 00 p.m. 7 : 00 a.m.

No on-call requirement

Providers will rotate between two nearby locations - both locations are Freestanding ER / Urgent Care facilities

Position Details :

Role : Emergency Medicine Physician

Support Staff : APCs provide 22 hours of daily coverage

Trauma Designation : No trauma level designation

Average Volume : ~80 patients per 24 hoursBoth locations average 60% ER and 40% ER visits

Requirements :

Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice

BLS and ACLS required if not ABEM certified

Active Kentucky License Required

EMR : Epic
