We’re seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to be an integral part of our team. Responsibilities:

• Support answering phones and help coordinate patient appointments .

• Marketing communication with referrals

• Act as a liaison between patients and clinical team, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

• Utilize Dentrix software to manage patient records, treatment plans, and appointments.

• Educate patients on treatment options and options.

• Coordinate and schedule appointments based on treatment plans, availability and production goals.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental office setting.

• Proficiency in Dentrix software is essential.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain care options to referrals and patients.

• Knowledge of dental insurance procedures and billing.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Previous experience with Dentrix software.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
