A company is looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator in Information Technology Services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform, including integrations with ETL tools
Provide application administration, analysis, and Tier 2 support for CRM operations and projects
Create and manage reports and dashboards while ensuring data quality and system security
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
Minimum of four years of experience in Application Administration with Salesforce CRM
Minimum of three years of experience with complex software systems and application administration
Minimum of two years of experience with ETL integrations and related tools
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
