Machine Adjuster

We re hiring an experienced Machine Adjuster to support production at a local manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude who enjoy problem-solving, maintaining equipment, and ensuring high-quality output.

What You ll Do:
Set up machines for different product sizes, styles, windows, gum and jobs with minimal downtime.
Monitor production and adjust machines to maintain speed, accuracy, and quality.
Troubleshoot issues, clear jams, and complete routine maintenance or minor repairs.
Inspect finished envelopes and make adjustments to meet quality standards.
Support machine operators as needed to keep production running smoothly.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete basic production paperwork.
Communicate equipment and job updates between shifts.

Physical Requirements:
Standing for most of the shift
Repetitive hand/wrist motions and reaching
Lifting up to 75 lbs
Overtime as needed
