Collaborate with various teams to develop high-impact creative for websites and retail partners
Lead the development of brand and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with conversion goals
Required Qualifications
8-12+ years of experience in creative roles with hands-on execution
Proven track record driving results at challenger or high-growth brands
Deep understanding of digital-first and performance-oriented creative
Experience working with small teams in fast-paced environments
CPG experience is strongly preferred
