Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Duties

Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA.

Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes.

Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning.

Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications

Hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR / First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment

Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients

Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
