Join Our Leadership Healthcare Recruiter — Skilled Nursing | Hybrid (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

Are you passionate about building high-performing leadership teams in healthcare? We’re seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment for our growing network of skilled nursing facilities, with a primary focus on Administrators and Directors of Nursing, along with key leadership roles such as Regional Directors of Operations (RDOs) and Regional Nurse Consultants (RNCs).

This is a hybrid role based position in our Fort Lauderdale office, offering the opportunity to collaborate in person while maintaining flexibility.

What You’ll Do as the Healthcare Recruiter:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for executive and senior leadership roles in skilled nursing facilities

• Partner closely with operations and clinical leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce strategy

• Build and maintain strong pipelines of top healthcare leadership talent

• Manage sourcing, screening, and first round interviewing.

• Promote our employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience

• Use data and market insights to drive recruitment strategies

What We’re Looking For in the Healthcare Recruiter :

• Experience recruiting in healthcare, preferably skilled nursing or post-acute care

• Proven success hiring senior leaders (Administrators, DONs, or similar roles)

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to create and develop unique strategies for attaining top talent.

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
