QA Engineer

TITLE : QA Engineer - SaaS, APIs, SQL

LOCATION : Remote available to work during PST core business hours and weekends if needed

PAY : Target pay for this role is between $40 and $50 per hour and is based on relevant and level of experience

ENGAGEMENT TYPE : W-2 Contract with benefits

DURATION : Contract expected to last 3-6 months with option to extend

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :   This is junior to mid level role that requires professional experience testing SaaS applications. This role will support testing our client's evolving cloud-based contact center & business services platform. The system integrates new Azure-native services, legacy IOS applications, CSR UI, contact center platform and other core business platform that utilizes VRI. This role is best suited for someone with hands-on QA experience in contact center platforms (NICE CXone, Genesys, or similar), web applications, APIs and data systems, who can quickly adapt as a contractor by adding testing capacity, executing test plans and documenting results.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR :

2+ years of professional QA experience in software systems (SaaS) testing (web & API apps) with hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar, automation testing, and ability to test APIs using Postman, Swagger or similar tools

• Experience testing Azure-based applications and cloud-native systems would be awesome but not required
• Familiarity with SQL for basic validation queries against relational databases as well as React web apps, .NET Core APIs or Node.js backends would also help

Clear verbal and written communication skills with available hours to work part-time during core PST business hours
