Position Overview : We are seeking a Medical Administrative Assistant for a contract-to-hire opportunity. In this role, you will manage administrative tasks that support case managers and healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in patient-related processes. Schedule : 10 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM CST

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ticket queue for tasks such as address updates and contract upgrades.
• Verify appointments and process / distribute reports.
• Complete demographic information on regulatory forms.
• Request and organize medical records; manage fax and mail services.
• Perform transcription services and assist with release of information forms.
• Coordinate transportation and translation services with vendors.
• Handle legal records, invoice payments, and provider repayments.
• Upload documents and convert files in ALARISware system.
• Respond to ad hoc requests and research inquiries.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
