Senior Technical Writer

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to gather information about the platform and its features

Test product features and write / edit / update user-focused documentation

Organize information into clear and informative topics and provide user feedback for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Minimum eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in technical writing

Extensive experience writing and editing Knowledge Base documentation for software products

Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate documentation for accuracy and usability

Proven ability to collaborate effectively and extract information from various sources

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
