Job Description

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Portland, Oregon.

Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state / federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.\nResponsibilities : \n

  • \tScreen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate\n
  • \tDevelop and update treatment / discharge plans of care\n
  • \tDocument services accurately and timely\n
  • \tSupervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts\n
  • \tCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families\n
  • \tMaintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards\nQualifications : \n
  • \tGraduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT / MSPT / BSPT)\n
  • \tActive state PT license (or ability to obtain)\n
  • \tStrong communication, documentation, and clinical skills\n
  • \tFlexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
