Automation Personnel Services is looking for a CNC Machinist for a company based in Tampa, FL near Ybor City. In this job, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating precision machines such as Mazak lathes and horizontal mills with Siemens control.  Pay Rate :   $22.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience Schedule and Hours : Monday to Friday – 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PMMust be flexible with schedule; Overtime as required.  CNC Machinist Duties and Responsibilities :

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC, lathes, and horizontal mills to fabricate required parts.
• Calculate the precise points for cutting or boring into diverse materials such as steel, aluminum, titanium, plastic, etc.
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequences of operations, and set-up requirements.
• Read and use metrology tools such as Micrometers, Calipers, Indicators, etc.
• Position workpieces on machine tools, set controls, make accurate cuts, and monitor machine operations.
• Monitor, calculate, and set controls to regulate machining speed, feed, coolant flow, depth, and angle of cut.
• Inspect parts and document quality results
