Salary Range : $83,200.00 - $93,184.00

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our team in the Post Cardiothoracic Surgery unit. The ideal candidate will assess, coordinate, plan, and implement patient care with a strong emphasis on facilitating progress toward discharge and providing seamless transitions throughout the acute care stay. You will play a vital role in ensuring that competent and compassionate care is delivered consistently to all patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and procedures, and document care in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to effectively assess patient conditions.
• Continuously assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care delivered.
• Apply sound nursing judgment to make informed patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as directed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop a comprehensive Plan of Care for every patient.
• Direct and mentor ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
