Opening for ENT Physician in MissouriOpportunity in West Plains, MissouriSpringfield 100mFull TimePermanent PositionEmployed Opportunity J1 / H1 Visa SponsoredSeeking BC / BE ENT Physician to join team in West Plains, MissouriOverview : - Clinic hours are Mon-Friday 8am-5pm. - You will see approximately 18-25 patients per day as well as have dedicated OR block time available. - This opportunity offers competitive guaranteed salary plus wRVU production bonuses. - Focus on General ENT patients - Current medical and surgical procedures include : tonsillectomy, hearing difficulties, ear surgery, sinus surgery, voice and swallowing problems ,sleep apnea , allergy testing, allergy immunotherapy, endocrine diseases, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, thyroid cancer, and other head and neck cancers. - Competitive salary based on MGMA standards ($475,000 base) - Generous sign on bonus and relocation reimbursement - Student loan support up to $100,000 - Monthly educational stipend while you complete your training - Up to $4,500 for CMEs and professional license fees, dues and journals - 8 weeks of Earned Time Off (ETO) annually - Benefits include : health, dental, vision, life, long and short term disability, AD&D - Paid malpractice and tail coverage
