Job Title : Dentist

Location : Park DuValle Community Health Center

Park DuValle Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides comprehensive healthcare services to the underserved communities in Louisville, KY and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide dental care services to patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and treat dental issues such as cavities, gum disease, and tooth decay
  • Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

Requirements :

  • Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited institution
  • Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Kentucky
  • Current DEA registration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
