A company is looking for a Director of Social Commerce & TikTok Shop.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the TikTok Shop strategy, roadmap, and P&L
Build scalable creator acquisition, onboarding, and enablement systems
Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Creative, E-commerce, Amazon, Retail & Ops
Required Qualifications
Deeply knowledgeable about TikTok, creator psychology, and social commerce
A strong operator who builds structure, processes, and clarity from scratch
Analytical and creative, understanding both content and data
A relationship-driven builder who can recruit, motivate, and retain creators
Comfortable moving extremely fast in a growth-obsessed environment
