Overview

CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer - System I opening for our premier client in Phoenix, Arizona.

Location : Phoenix, AZ

Duration : 10 months

Description :

Designs and develops solutions on the System i (AS / 400i (AS / 400) environment, utilizing expertise in a wide range of AS / 400 products, including RPG, COBOL / 400, SYNON, and new age offerings on the platform. Executes proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and develops solution designs and estimates for System i (AS / 400) platform projects.

Required Skills :

• AS400 Developer with a solid background in RPG IV, CL, DB2, and IBM iSeries technologies.
• The candidate should bring deep experience in legacy system enhancement, modernization initiatives, and seamless integration with modern platforms.
• This role is critical for maintaining and improving mission-critical systems in finance, manufacturing, or supply chain domains.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
