As an HR Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries and help streamline daily HR operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes.
Key Objectives
Support the HR department in administrative and operational tasks.
Maintain accurate employee records and assist with recruitment activities.
Facilitate smooth communication between employees and management.
Contribute to a positive employee experience and organizational culture.
Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation schedules.
Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR databases.
Help process payroll, benefits administration, and timekeeping records.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
Coordinate recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, including employee engagement activities and compliance audits.
Prepare HR reports and assist with data entry and record keeping.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
