Job Overview

As an Account Processing Specialist, you will coordinate audit exception activities while facilitating the resolution of audit disputes across multiple accounts. This is a client-facing role primarily involving communication via telephone and email. You will also handle audit reporting, conduct analytical reviews, implement complex rating solutions, and participate in the review and enhancement of operational systems and procedures to support audit scalability. You will oversee a selected portfolio of accounts to ensure that key audit deliverables are met on time and maintain high service satisfaction by effectively following up on client inquiries. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to ensure top-notch service delivery. You will manage audit exceptions, which are transactions where the expected payment does not match what the carrier has invoiced, reported and managed through the Syncada application.

Schedule and Expectations

This role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, requiring in-office presence three or more days per week while allowing flexibility for remote work on other days. This position is based in Illinois.

Start Date : January 26th, 2026

Working Hours : 6 AM - 2 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of clerical and customer service experience.
