Main Responsibilities :

Plan shop workflow

Audit repairs

Order Parts

Assist technicians with repairs

Perform maintenance on heavy duty vehicles

Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email

Required Qualifications :

3+ years diesel technician experience

Customer service experience

Desired Qualifications :

Class A CDL License

Management / Supervisory experience not required but strongly preferred

High school diploma / GED equivalent

Schedule : 3rd Shift 10 : 00 PM- 6 : 30AM, Sunday night - Friday Morning
