Salary: $38,400.00 - $150,000.00 or more per year

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development and managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, enabling them to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through market research.
  • Communicate product offerings effectively, demonstrating how they meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide leadership in the sales process by mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices.

Experience

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with account management principles and practices is essential.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,400.00 - $150,000.00 per year
