Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Make a difference every day! Roman Home LLC is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to support children ages 6–18 in a safe, nurturing group home. Duties include assisting with daily routines, leading outings, preparing meals, and documenting progress.

Requirements

Experience :   Prior experience working with children or youth in a

group home or residential setting   is required.

Age :   Must be at least

21 years old .

Clearance :   Must hold a

valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card .

Driver’s License :   Must have a

valid Arizona driver’s license   and be able to provide a

5-year MVD driving record .

Screening :   Must successfully pass a

pre-employment drug screening   and

background check .

Certifications (Preferred) :

CPR & First Aid   (In-Person)

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT))

CPI   or

Prevention & Support   training
