A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Administrator .

As an Administrator , you will :
- Performs general administrative support tasks in such functional areas including, but not limited to, finance, legal, program management, procurement, sales, and contracts. Prepares documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
- Creates and / or maintains appropriate logs, databases, inventories, filing (hard or soft copy), status reports / tracking.
- May perform some research or data analysis tasks. Takes and delivers messages, provide information to callers, distribute and route mail, packages and paperwork. May schedule and coordinate meetings, business travel, or other events.
- Overall Summary Fully proficient support individual contributor.
- Works under limited supervision.
- May be a resource to other employees in areas of expertise.
- Assignments are moderately difficult requiring some judgment.
- Nature of Supervision Works under limited supervision.
- Less detailed instructions are provided, and minimal peer review is required.
- Communication & Influence Communicates with contacts typically within and outside the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement.

Ideal candidate will have
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or bachelor’s in administration preferred.Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in facilities coordinator or related roleExperience working in an office environment.Walking and or standing for at minimum 1 hour.Thank you!

Pay Range
