To be successful in this role, you should have: - At least 1 year of experience as a barber, hair stylist, or cosmetologist. - A valid license or certification to practice in Texas. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and team members. - A passion for creativity and a commitment to delivering outstanding results. - A professional and positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
